Australia fines Macquarie Bank $6 mln for failure to prevent some third-party transactions

April 19 (Reuters) - The Federal Court of Australia has fined Macquarie Bank A$10 million ($6.39 million) over its failure to have controls to prevent and detect unauthorised fee transactions carried out by third parties on customer accounts, the country's securities regulator said on Friday.
