- Says agreement with African phosphate to acquire producing mine and major phosphate project
- 400 million shares at completion of the transaction (consideration shares) payable to the vendors financiers and advisors
- Says company to raise up to a further A$2.5 million for investment in the mining operation and exploration ground
- Says co is proposing to increase mine production through additional new capital investment in mining fleet,in mine planning
