The only arrogance is that some assume that everything we do in the west is the right way to do it.
It's not arrogance, it's called evolving, refining, inventing living in a modern society ----People in India and African countries still eat with their hands and use banana leaves as plates, not because it's better, but it's because they are too poor to own cutlery, and have the means to wash these things up---others simply won't change!
