SMN: It got to nearly $3 when a deal was imminent last year, but directors sold at that level. It should at least get over $2 this time. The market might be suspicious of "imminent" claims now, but the wording and underlining makes me think it's real now. I do wonder how big the deal will be? They say they will be "achieving a cash- flow positive operational platform," and "all visible operational requirements are more than adequately funded."
