im bored so here goes. ive been trading 20 years.
first of all i dont trade of charts. im more Fundamental analysis. i use TA but not much.
anyway in basis terms if the sp closed on monday at 10 cents for stock xyz and it opened the next day at 11 then there is a gap on charts at 10.5.
if a stock closed at 5 cents on monday and opened tuesday at 5.2 there would be a gap on charts at 5.1
