Sure, any big bnpl/big banks can do this however, think about it, IOU competitive foundation of existing Tier 1 banks and a bunch of existing partnerships in SEA to begin with so they practically have some advantages over others.
I think at this point we are all speculating for the next big BNPL and I don't think it will be the next big thing but will be interesting to see the roadmap outcome in the next 6 months. Also I'm sensing a reversal real close after this long decline. I topped up 1 last time. Gotta risk it for the biscuit.
