Regardless of any negotiations....IMO

They would not be negotiating on Preliminary results,
Finalised results would be required for a company to partake in negotiations.

Anyhow to chose to keep that to themselves,
And not put it into an announcement as soon as they became aware of the delays,
Due to the CRO not being able to process the data from all three trials at once,
Is not keeping the market properly informed.

Especially when some holders have been told about this on the Phone,
While the rest of their Shareholders have been kept in the dark,
By BIT not putting such price sensitive information,
Which clearly effects previous announcements of results being out in "coming weeks",
Into a formal announcement which they clearly could have done.

When did they find out about the delays with the CRO?
And why was that withheld from Shareholders?

It would be better to come straight out and announce the mistake,
rather than have people incorrectly believing that results would be out in "coming weeks".
