A growth stock will not reflect what it is worth now, it will reflect what it is worth in the future.

The question is, does 1.73b AUD reflect too much of a future value?

I think not,1.2 B USD? if it is only for global burn market, maybe alittle bit too much, not much growth on solely this indication even after successful global launch, but for others several multibillion indications, definitely still cheap, way too cheap.

Wait, you may ask, isnt that risky when things haven't approved.... yes.

I bought in at 0.074 A$ cents and 0.10 A$ cents, while waiting FDA nod their head. They are bleeding money, uncertain getting approval, is it worth 7 cent and 10 cents back then? Hell no.

If you want to buy what is "worth now", buy in when it started to mature, maybe 5 years, or 10 years later, when each share worth around A$ 3 or A$ 5, depending how successful it is, when the growth prospect getting nil. You will have lesser risk if the product doesnt perform as good as it would initially thought it would, bcoz it will be established product by then, no more imagination.

It will never be "worth now" as long as the growth potential is there. If it is worth now, it will be risk free. Taking risk now, to bet on other indication approvals. The market already factor in the risk you need to take, and you will be rewarded handsomely if in the future, the risk, derisk. Dont want to take future risk? Buy it when it is matured.

Take risk or not, depends on you.
