i am looking to short again. The only way I see shorting being a success is if the Fed decide to finish QE in next weeks meeting. On past experience I am thinking they will not, however, having watched the markets the last week, the move in the S&P500 seems somewhat artificial. I mean Bullard only said that they were considering pausing the taper. I think that this is at $15 billion per month which isn't a lot relative to previous spending......market response moved from 182 to 196 upward in a week. My thought is the Fed is driving the market up before the meeting to "demonstrate" the market is stable and may actually finish QE this time. I don't think they can keep this QE thing going much longer, and they know it....just a thought, not sure I can put my money where my mouth is yet!
