The problem is that Socialist type workers do not believe that bosses should have more than them, they are not interested in how much work they do, or how much that work produces for the business they just want more more more
The greedy CEOs of the world do not in any way reflect the normal small business situation and if these workers were prepared to put more in they would get more out, as has been shown when there has been a worker buy out of a company when the output suddenly goes through he roof
