I don't think AVB is at a crossroads at all. Working toward a mining plan which has turned into a PEA has been a clear indication that they have a plan to production and are working toward that imo. It has just taken longer than some would prefer. I did note in the quarterly that they have a goal of "full regulatory approval" in 2013 so I expect either production next year or pre-production work enabling production by at least 2014. Still hoping for more details in the PEA to confirm when exactly their goal is. And by the time we have that later this month, we will also now where we stand with Vale. August is a big month for holders imo.
