If the low price selling coming to an end soon possibly due to some convertible shareholders selling the ords at a big profit as the convertible holders received the shares at 37.5c, if I remember correctly, whereas the IPO was at 50c. Obviously there is not an unlimited supply of those shares which were purchased at 37.5c and I see that Hunter Hall, which is a value investor, has been increasing its percentage interest in the company whilst there is weakness in the shareprice. On a forecast p/e ratio at the current share price of less than 10 and a dividend yield of about 8%, then I can see why Hunter Hall like the shares.
I am not advising anyone, everyone must carry out their own research.
