atm imho so keeping 1/2 mil for house keeping, spend 1 mil on the deep target with all the bells and whistles before they 1) sell it off to SFR or 2) do some sort of JV with someone (SFR, RNI,TLM, MLX ?) use the balance to extract the most value before another C R but this time there will be no "directors hole " to raise against !
