$2M spend will give Manas 70% of the project. The right is to be able to earn the 70% by spending $2M.
It is so simple I'm dumbfounded at the misunderstanding of posters- some posting about freecarry etc, which is stated NOWHERE in announcements. This is about as simple a JV arrangement as you get for a mining company.
