Yes, two weeks to appeal.
Looking at the SP graph from last year.
The current SP of 28c is slightly lower than 2 weeks out from the beginning of the HC trial (equivalent of 30c) but still a bit away from the 34.5c that marked the beginning of the HC trial.
- On 14 October 2013 the High Court case began in the Solomon Islands, SP equivalent was 34.5c
- After an incredibly long winded trial, on 4 July 2014 the High Court case ended, SP was equivalent of 25.5c
- On the day before the trading halt leading into the High Court judgement (23 September 2014) the SP was the equivalent of 25.5c
Yes, I know that there was many shares issued in between, but it is not outrageous to hope for a still further SP rise leading up to the appeal hearing and a landslide result in SP if we are successful in tossing out this wretched thing.
