Looking at the SP graph from last year.
On 14 October 2013 the High Court case began in the Solomon Islands, SP equivalent was 34.5c
After an incredibly long winded trial, on 4 July 2014 the High Court case ended, SP was equivalent of 25.5c
On the day before the trading halt leading into the High Court judgement (23 September 2014) the SP was the equivalent of 25.5c
The current SP of 28c is slightly lower than 2 weeks out from the beginning of the HC trial (equivalent of 30c) but still a bit away from the 34.5c that marked the beginning of the HC trial.
Yes, I know that there was many shares issued in between, but it is not outrageous to hope for a still further SP rise leading up to the appeal hearing and a landslide result in SP if we are successful in tossing out this wretched thing.
