Sure. But that was the point of the first part of my original post...management are growing the top line (sales) but keeping a costs under control. Gross margins are improving as cost of goods falls, and SG&A is declining as a % of sales, just as it should being of a predominantly fixed nature. The SG&A% won't decline forever, it will stabilise as eventually as the business grows you need to hire an extra person in the back office such as finance, or lease bigger office space etc etc. But there's no reason to think this overall management approach won't continue. There'll be some reinvestment into the business too of course. So yes, absolutely I think profit will be a ripper by that stage.
