Well folks, another interesting day of trading in the Christmas to New Year dead zone. Someone is certainly working hard to keep this capped at .015 and I'm curious why that may be.
Anyway - 2018 is about to arrive, and I have confidence that it will be a very good year for IMU holders. The delay in EPD was a disappointment - though no huge surprise to me. IMU does tend to be over optimistic with timelines and many previous milestones were late, then revised, and sometimes late again.
Even so - the trial did start, patients have been dosed, and data will definitely come out. I don't really care if it's later than the first estimate. The real issue is the results themselves - EPD, then the full Phase 1b, and after that the Phase 2.
We have good reason to be optimistic on both - based on the Phase 1a results and the in vitro work accomplished since then. For now - all we can do is be patient about the patient data and enjoy the end of this year and the start of the next.
