The parties only need to say that things are still at the lawyers office requiring further negotiations concerning the final nutting out of the terms and conditions and that they are still then awaiting formal approval and execution of contracts ... thus imo it doesn't become price sensitive news until such time as the document/s are fully ratified and executed by the relevant Co entities.
