to get the kind of investment to fund the 10ktpa expansion, the players who fork out those sums of money require reasonable assurance before making a final investment decision.
the kind of governance required for the kinds of firms AGY is pitching its deck to is much higher than what the company has done before.
thus, drilling out a resource expansion is an integral part of the play to progress all the other fronts AGY is considering.
