I can understand how one can be more than annoyed with a vendering agreement not being followed through with - in a timely manner.
Daresay those who participated in the CR will also be annoyed with any deviation to one of the stated reasons for the CR.
I wonder what other exploration the field team has done, whilst supervising the Alpaca Drilling - given that the drill is taking a long time.
