SHs showed last year they weren’t happy with management, hence the1st strike.
If the majority are of the opinion that changes are required at board level, they won’t hesitate to vote for a 2nd strike.
Most investors, especially the big boys, think long term.
IMO, a 2nd strike is just what needs to happen. It’s obvious to me, they have no clue about how to run an ASX listed company.
Bring it on, I say.
A 2nd strike does not necessarily equal a drop in SP. There have been instances where a 2nd strike has improved the SP.
If SHs are happy with the performance of management, then fine. But I sure as hell, am not.
