IMO frustratingly there’s a number of areas that management haven’t got right, and error free releases being just one. The annoying thing is they choose to ignore and that’s sloppy, which raises the question what else isn’t working, and the obvious one is sales with at least 2 senior exits within 12 months, and for mine the CEO has accountability with that and the performance of sales (& he did himself say he was fully across & overseeing sales)

This latest sales exit chasing a new gig on LinkedIn whilst still shown as a BRN employee is a very bad look

We know company management do read posts on HC and the Tardis , so my message to them is pick up your game you’ve had long enough.
