And, BRN's recruitment process looks very poo-r.
Staff dropping like flies, and imagine the amount of money required to recruit new staff all the time.
It is of course better to hire the right guy, train them and keep them rather than hire the wrong guy, train them and then he/she leaves.
And then more money to hire another guy and train them before he/she leaves again.
Should start the right recruitment process from the top.
