LIT put in a small bounce on the daily and now have a potential wedge pattern to keep an eye on.

It needs to get above the lower trend line on the weekly or else it's going to be looking pretty sick heading down to the Feb low, dashing hopes that it had marked the turning point for price recovery.


LIT WEEKLY


GFEX just struggling to hold on. Better than average volume but buyers did not want to pay higher prices. The long top and tail wicks indicate a struggle between buyers and sellers trying to agree upon a price indicating data around the demand situation is unclear imo. There are a few triangles and wedges in play which could decide future direction.

AGY daily creating a good base at the 12.5 level, just doesn't have the volume nor the motivation to push through those lines of resistance yet.

Buyers are still waiting for tangible evidence on which to project future cashflows, we know the potential is there but we still have one foot in the speculative camp and the spec sector is on life support at this point. We follow LIT, LIT went up, GFEX stopped going down and China Spot is still trading around that 110 range so we look safe to keep maintaining a base until something happens.
