I'd say that the onus of proof is on AGY for now, while the pack are still only trading on external factors like China spot and EV uptake. Oh, and resource size and unenforceable offtake agreements. The index is broadly trading on potential while AGY now has to trade on actual, which will see it well above the green line as nameplate and 10ktpa construction begin in earnest.
