The is my gut feel after calculating it based on Japanese pricing 4 to 5 years ago, and the company recently stating the pricing would be in the vacinity of other treatments, that are around at least the 500,000 region - Ie, I think it is conservatively in the ballpark.
The cost of the cells is per kg, so adults will naturally weigh more.
