Hi BB, the homeless people pictured were from 12th street back to 4th street in san fran are all (98%) drug addicted. Main choice there is meth/fentenyl speed ball (used to be crack/herion) but that synthetic fentenyl is so much more potent for your $$$$. You cant house zombies mate. The smell of shit and piss is overwhelming even after the morning city scrub.
