I notice this morning the round figure of 4700 shares were traded on the NASDAQ, add the 3100 traded yesterday, unusual considering scant information on GenII progress. Your scenario 'deceased estate' is very likely, doesn't look like a fire sale or accumulator. More likely a transfer of some sort as both trading volumes were at or close to the market.
