I don't see much value in drawing a line like that, especially not on a daily chart as I am in principle not a trader.
I prefer weekly charts as they eliminate to some degree the minor daily changes.

I have attached for your and whoever elses benefit a monthly chart.
My interpretation from that is that Samson is stuck at this level in absence of important news, good or bad.
In detail:
The weighted close index is negative.
The ADXR has been negative indicating a choppy market.
The DMI is bullish, however that is marginal and of no real meaning.
The MACD is bearish however has slightly improved recently.
The RSI is somewhat oversold but that by itself means little.
The stochastic is oversold and appears to indicate that the SP is at the bottom which may end soon.

All just my opinion - hope it helps.
