20nm is the Target

Yes, Ting is a key to the success of 4DS, as confirmed by DM. After a 35hr flight and delayed connections along the way to Sydney by Ting, both he and Peter were happy and eager to answer questions in Perth.The path to scaling down to 20nm has been set, and even with doubling any expenses required to help push things along, the results cannot be known any earlier than the target date, as indicated by DM who also said that the knowledge to achieving 20nm is with Ting only (no patents on this as yet)…. stay safe Ting.

The Perth briefing and Q&A were recorded, and hopefully be made available, as it answers questions on matters raised on HC, i.e.. Retention, temperature etc.The view conveyed by DM was that a sale was his desire…..after achieving 20nm, 4DS would be right up on top and attractive to all the main players, 4-5 of whom Immec would introduce the company to……questions on a partnership and further involvement by 4DS after an interested party comes forward were met with “We will be out by then”.

Timing was questioned, and DM seemed to imply that although 2024 was and is the target for results, early 2025 would finalise matters as obviously any buyer or interested party would want to ensure 4DS has what they need, and this would take time.

A response to a final question raised on the silence of Immec, revealed that this was the case, that, as with many members, Immec would not want to show any favours to one or the other by endorsing any work carried out at their facility by any of their members, of which 4DS is one. Ting stated the facilities in Belgium was top class and he and the team working for 4DS were hard at work towards achieving 20nm.
