MEETING: CDI: CDI: 2014 ASM - RESULTS / INDEPENDENT DIRECTORS

CDL Investments New Zealand Limited advises that at the Company's 2014 Annual
Meeting held earlier today, the following resolutions were passed:

a) Re-election of Mr. Vincent YEO as a Director: PASSED by a show of hands

b) Re-election of Mr. B K CHIU as a Director: PASSED by a show of hands

c) Remuneration of Auditors for the year ending 31 December 2014: PASSED by a
show of hands

CDL Investments New Zealand Limited also advises that pursuant to NZSX
Listing Rules, the Board has determined that its Independent Directors are
Messrs. R L Challinor and J Henderson. Messrs HR Wong, BK Chiu and VWE Yeo
are not Independent Directors.
