RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
Downer EDI Limited (Downer) announced today that Kerry Sanderson AO will
retire as a director of Downer, effective from 30 September 2014.
Ms Sanderson's retirement follows her appointment as Governor-designate of
Western Australia.
The Chairman of Downer, Mike Harding, said Ms Sanderson had been a valuable
member of the Board since her appointment in January 2012.
"Kerry has made a significant contribution to Downer and has been integral to
driving Downer's sound governance culture. She has also provided strong and
consistent leadership and advice as an important member of the Board. On
behalf of the Board, I congratulate Kerry on her appointment to her new role
and wish her well for the future."
