Transpacific Step-up Preference Securities (Transpacific SPS) -
Confirmation of Redemption
Transpacific Industries Group Ltd confirms that all of the Transpacific
Step-up Preference Securities (SPS) were redeemed on 30 September 2014.
SPS holders who were on the register as of the record date for the redemption
(7:00pm Sydney time, 15 September 2014) have been paid the redemption
proceeds of A$100 per SPS.
SPS holders who were on the register as of the record date for the final
distribution (7:00pm Sydney time, 15 September 2014) who were entitled to
receive the distribution for the period ending 30 September 2014 have been
paid that final distribution.
