Message:
Further to the announcement made by Origin Energy Contact Finance No.2
Limited ("OCF") today, the dividend rate payable on the OCF Preference Shares
("OCFHA") has been reset to 5.28% per annum, with effect from today,
Wednesday, 15 October 2014.
The dividend rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market
open tomorrow, Thursday, 16 October 2014.
