- who is going to organise the paperwork
- who are the requisitioning members
- what are you going to do / what are the resolutions to be considered.
- Who is going to run the show, need to have new bod lined up that everyone will approve.
- who is going to ring shareholders to get the required votes.
Not a simple exersise that can cause greater mayhem and delays.
