Meeting held earlier today, the following resolutions were passed:
a)Re-election of Mr. Hong Ren WONG as a Director: PASSED by a show of hands
b)Re-election of Mr. John HENDERSON as a Director: PASSED by a show of hands
c)Election of Mr. Aloysius LEE as a Director: PASSED by a show of hands
d)Election of Mr. Roy AUSTIN as a Director: PASSED by a show of hands
e)Remuneration of Auditors for the year ending 31 December 2015: PASSED by a
show of hands
CDL Investments New Zealand Limited also advises that pursuant to NZSX
Listing Rules, the Board has determined that its Independent Directors are
Roy Austin and John Henderson. Messrs Wong, Chiu, Yeo and Lee are not
Independent Directors.
