3,500 workers deployed

I noticed on the yearly review it's stated that Site has trained and deployed over 3,500 workers globally as stated on page 14 of the annual review listed on the ASX today.

This is an extraordinary achievement given that Site has only been operational for the last 2 financial years, which was mentioned in last years financial report so they need to be congratulated on this. Over the past 2 years Site has received $4.8m in revenue and I'm interested to know how much of that revenue is directly related the 3,500 deployed workers as it seems a low amount of revenue for such a large number of people? I'm sure we will see that information in their audited accounts. But let me pose a question - 3,500 is a wonderful achievement but even with that there was a significant loss this year. How many will Site have to train and deploy above the 3,500 to make the company break even and eventually profitable? If in 2 years the company has 4.8m revenue which includes revenue from operations throughout Australia which must account for some of the revenue and then in addition throw in the revenue from the 3,500 workers which have been trained and deployed it's a lot of work. All that work and $4.8m in revenue over 2 years, and this year a $7m loss. What am I missing here?
