    Agree. Telstra essentially were forced to give away the copper in the interest of fair play so drove a good sale price for an aged copper network needing repair.

    Migrating all PSTN and ISDN users onto Broadband will see Telstra customers on NBN data network which isn't ideal. As the saying goes, whoever owns the data owns the customer.

    Telstra have the market share and are not going away, they just need some time to execute current plans and drive growth. Delivering growth is the challenge with the current CEO and he is struggling. IMO.
