Don't forget that Site purchase 3 business unit for 1/3 cash and 2/3 shares @ $0.35 p/share.

IMO one of the previous owners needed cash and ask Site to buy back some of their holding @0.16.

Perhaps this is the only way for the previous owners of Productivity Partners, Innovium and Wild Geese to recover 2/3 of payment they agreed to year or so ago.

I can't see any investor buying over a million of shares in stock which has few buyers with turnover of few thousand shares p/month.

Their only hope could be payment from Government and no one knows when and if it will happened.

All IMO.
