That is not new.
If you mean Appointment of Parkman Whaling (PW) as investment banker ... that bit is new ... replacing previous mob who were meant to find a placement.
PW is going to help SSN find a buyer (most or all?) for FB/Homerun so the bank can collect on its loan before SSN defaults. They may even run the CR placement in the next 3 months for working capital as indicated in the AGM notice.
PW "specialty" is retructurings.
