4DS are making the claim their non-filamentary Interface a Switching ReRAM will be a disruptive technology, meaning it will take over existing markets (revenue) from established players competing in the SCM space (Cloud and Mobile).

When IMEC say "they have never seen anything as good" as 4DS interface switching ReRAM, this tells me we truly have disruptive technology that will be highly attractive to all major players in the semiconductor industry.



We know Western Digital will most likely bust a move and acquire 4DS but this will not stop the likes of Intel, Samsung, Micron, Apple, Amazon, Seagate, Qualcomm, SK Hynix, Toshiba, Texas Instrumentals and so one make a bid on 4DS.

This will not be a typical $600 Million aquisition, having disruptive technology that can be mass produced using existing FABS will be worth BILLIONS of dollars.

Distruptive Technology + FAB compliant makes 4DS extremely attractive. Big shout out to IMEC
