What proportion of shares are held by individuals/corporations...

What proportion of shares are held by individuals/corporations besides the two g's, appian, br and the directors?

Is there any data on the number of shareholders who make up the registry?

I ask as <6% uptake is indeed pitiful. I'm interest to know the number of 'mum and dads' who have elected not to take up the offer, and/or the proportion of the registry that they hold.

All we hear about are the groups above, but I feel it's equally important to know the numbers - how many other 'mum and dad' individuals/corporations have said with us 'I do not accept this offer'?
