As someone very familiar with legal practice in the states, there’s little to no chance the legal case will go to trial.
Agree the 8 mill in the bank has my attention. I’m not sure we ever got the actual final number of how much actually hit 5e’s bank account with the refinancing when all was said and done. I suspect it was 15-18m i think they have a debt facility as well.
ioneer’s financing is in such a better position. They just got a 25m deal where the new investors came in at something like 10% premium to market price. We need that.
