Interesting Watso , which got me thinking as I've got a spare room / small family/tv room out back and was not sure what to do with it . When kids come they gravitate to the back room which I find funny as I've never used it except to go to the back deck .
Pintohoo not everyone needs a 4 ,5 or 6 bedroom house with tripple bathrooms and a dozen family rooms .
Stats tell us many remain single and as a general rule will end living alone !
I currently live in the smallest house I've ever owned and in a place I never thought I'd live and would "nearly" mock folks for living where I do now . BUT I LOVE IT . go figure .
