Unless you know the algorithm there is no way to decide what the bot is doing. Mostly I believe they are testing the market, seeing if buyers or sellers have control.
They could be pushing it lower to see if sellers will pile in and then buy up those on the sell side. They could be keeping it at a price to sell into?? Disregard them, the fact they are about means there is interprets ATM, be it good or bad?? Until it runs you won't know, look at the volume and the price and the spread of the bar. Good luck!
