There is no remorse for Russians who fail to overthrow their dictator Putin. It makes no difference so don't think it does. I don't see Ukraine bombing Russian apartment blocks. You're harbouring sad falsehoods. All Russian people, those who stay or flee are to be held accountable and will meet their just end. They have very few places to flee and rightly so. They are shunned by society, The Thai and Indonesian people can't stand these disrespectful drunken morons and want them gone. The tables are turning fast.
