So your bullish on the property but not invested in SIT?
Are you going to bid for the property or invest in it through the other side of the JV? The market cap of SIT is $4m so Mr Market doesnt have a lot of faith that any value from the property is going to end up in the hands of SIT shareholders. And thats hard to argue with at the moment.
