They still have Site Institute, and the IP associated with TESOL and Site Online Learning. Not sure whether they have training rights internationally under Site Skills Training, but they have Saudi contracts or something similar. That's pretty much everything in a nutshell though. Not sure what strategies they have to grow these capabilities, but time will tell I guess. They should focus on 1 maybe 2 businesses and do them well. Remove a corporate structure and have people employed under either one or the other.
