Well you'd want to hope that the $10m pays back most of the loans and still leaves some working capital to get the business up and running again
I suspect that they would need to get now the new investors to either sell the entire property (at USD30m or more) or perhaps first get an extension to the lease and do a partial sale to make the Australian listed company financial look a little more acceptable (they have other loans, employee liabilities, and the ACCC issue hanging over them so not quite clean sailing yet, and that is not even taking into account the loss making training business)
