$12m in the mining industry is chump change. If the bank didn't think AVB were good for it they wouldn't have committed $58m, even with that proviso. If AVB didn't think they could obtain the $12m, I very much doubt they would have specified minimal dilution. It would be simple to raise that capital by a quick CR, dilution yes, but negated fairly quickly by fast track to mining. Nervous nellies, hold tight, all will be revealed, even if they do need a few more weeks to secure US the best deal.
